These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Freedom to be Healthy Membership, operated by Integrative Natural Medicine Solutions (Limited Liability). By joining or using this membership, or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

The Freedom to be Healthy Membership is an educational platform created by Dr Anthony de Pontes. It provides access to learning materials, live sessions, Q&A discussions, and a supportive community focused on natural medicine and holistic health education.

2. Educational Purpose

All content provided is for educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Members should always consult their healthcare provider before making any medical or lifestyle changes.

3. Membership Access

Membership may be purchased on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Members have access to educational videos, resources, and community interaction while their subscription is active. Downloadable resources may be kept permanently; however, video content and live sessions are accessible only while membership remains active.

4. Payments and Renewals

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Members may unsubscribe at any time; access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued once access has been granted.

If you’ve purchased one of our online courses, please note that these are once-off payments, and no refunds are available once course content has been accessed.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, videos, documents, and other content within the membership are the intellectual property of Dr Anthony de Pontes and Integrative Natural Medicine Solutions. Redistribution, resale, recording, or sharing of content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Community Guidelines

Members agree to engage respectfully within all community spaces, including Telegram or other platforms. The following behaviour will not be tolerated: 
• Harassment, discrimination, or offensive language 
• Sharing of confidential member information 
• Spamming or promoting unrelated products/services 
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the membership for any conduct that violates these Terms or harms the community environment.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The membership provides educational information only. Integrative Natural Medicine Solutions and Dr Anthony de Pontes accept no responsibility for actions taken based on this information. By joining, you agree that participation is at your own risk and that the company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your current membership term.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
